Web兼容性和IE8

文中描述了IE6到IE8 web兼容性的發展歷程，也指名了IE8在兼容性上的改進。終於心中的石頭也放下了。

「Quirks mode」 remains the same, and compatible with current content.
「Standards mode」 remains the same as IE7, and compatible with current content.
If you (the page developer) really want the best standards support IE8 can give, you can get it by inserting a simple <meta> element.
其大意為，Quirks mode 保留，而Standards mode 將會和IE7一樣(我們會比較關心這個)，如果要使用最標準的模式就增加<meta>。
IE6,IE7的compatmode只有Quirks mode,Standards mode兩種，而IE8會增加一種Best Standards mode 這樣對web開發來說是非常有意義的，可以把大伙在做多瀏覽器浪費的時間釋放出來，減輕開發成本。
還是句老話：誰大就趕快統一吧！或是搞個完全相容模式也好！當初的IE就是靠著完全相容加上新機制稱霸市場的！
